Refund policy

We ship our coffee within 24 hours of roasting it. We only roast our coffee as needed, Monday-Friday, except holidays. We suggest that you only purchase enough coffee to last you up to 2 weeks from the Roast (ship) Date.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We do not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee to USPS, it is beyond our control. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive your freshly roasted coffee.

USPS claims that Priority Mail packages will arrive 2-5 postal days, depending on location, after they are shipped.
We do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your coffee or merchandise, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at orders@adventurecoffee.com or call 520-247-2651. We will do all that we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
