Shipping and Returns Policy
We ship our coffee within 24 hours of roasting it. We only roast as needed, Monday-Friday, except holidays. We suggest that you only purchase enough coffee to last you up to 2 weeks from the Roast (ship) Date.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We do not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee to USPS, it is beyond our control. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive your freshly roasted coffee.
USPS claims that Priority Mail packages will arrive 2-5 postal days, depending on location, after they are shipped.
We do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your coffee within 30 days of receipt, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at 520-247-2651. We will do all that we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
